How to Use

Step 1 : Heating the Dental Guard

Boil water in a pan that can be filled at least 3 inches deep with water. After the water comes to a boil remove the pan from the burner and let the water stop boiling for several seconds. Drop the dental guard into the hot water for 20-30 seconds, then remove it from hot water and allow it to cool for a few seconds.
Hold the Dental Guard on a paper towel while the edges are facing toward you and the end of the mouthpiece is facing up. This will prevent the walls from collapsing against each other.
Step 2: Moulding and fitting the Dental Guard

After a few seconds you will be able to touch the Dental Guard with your fingers. Slightly spread the walls of the Dental Guard apart so that there is enough room for your teeth to fit inside.
Use your tongue to apply pressure to the inside walls while simultaneously using your fingers to press directly against the outside walls, tightening the Dental Guard around your teeth for about 15 or 20 seconds.
